  Spaghetti Cat provides lifestyle and wellness tracking tools for informational purposes only.

  The App is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  3. Subscriptions & Payments

  Spaghetti Cat offers auto-renewable subscription options, including:

                    •               Monthly subscription

                    •               Yearly subscription

  Subscription terms are displayed within the App before purchase.

  Free Trials

  If offered, free trial eligibility and duration will be displayed at purchase. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

  Auto-Renewal

  Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  Managing Subscriptions

  You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

  Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

  4. User Responsibilities

  You agree not to:

                    •               Use the App for unlawful purposes

                    •               Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

                    •               Interfere with App functionality or security

                    •               Upload harmful or malicious content

  5. Data & Privacy

  Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available here under the terms of service.

  6. No Medical Advice

  Spaghetti Cat provides informational tools only.

  The App does not provide medical advice. Any health-related information should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation.

  7. Intellectual Property
